Erica Dube is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Design Director at Rebecca Minkoff since January 2023, Erica previously held the position of Director of Design & Merchandising at Splendid for the year 2022. From September 2013 to January 2022, Erica contributed to Michael Kors as a Senior Designer and has a background as an Associate Designer at Susana Monaco from December 2009 to December 2011. Career beginnings included roles as an Assistant Technical Designer for Michael by Michael Kors and Design Intern at ThreeAsFour. Erica holds a BFA in Fashion Design from Syracuse University and was a BFA candidate at Parsons School of Design - The New School.
