Dr. Amber Krogsrud has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of healthcare. Dr. Amber served as the Vice President of Product Development at Rebalance Health, Inc. from September 2020 to the present. At KIYA Longevity, they were the Medical Director starting in November 2020. In this role, they oversaw the management of operations, telehealth consultations, supplement sales, and other e-commerce aspects of the business, while also providing recommendations in areas such as advertising, marketing, and customer acquisition.
Dr. Krogsrud also worked at PeptideRx as "The Peptide Doc" from September 2019 to the present. At Bastyr University California, they held the positions of Professional Teachers Assistant, IV Therapist, Naturopathic Doctor, and Instructor from October 2018 onwards. In this role, they assisted medical students in open lab sessions and shared their expertise in intravenous nutrient administration.
Additionally, Dr. Krogsrud completed Advanced IV Therapy Certification at Bastyr University in February 2017, which included training on nutritional IV therapies and their respective protocols. Dr. Amber also created Naturopathic Secrets, a digital platform for doctors to share treatment protocols, and worked as a Naturopathic Doctor at MetroMD Institute of Regenerative Medicine from July 2019 to November 2020. Dr. Amber provided anti-aging, hormone health, and peptide therapies at this institute.
In their role as Naturopathic Director at Holistic Patterns, Dr. Krogsrud conducted telemedicine consultations and established a provider network for lab testing. Dr. Amber worked there from September 2018 to June 2019. Dr. Amber also served as the Chief Science Officer and Naturopathic Advisor at Culture For Good, a start-up CBD company, from October 2018 to February 2019. Finally, they worked as a Peer Tutor at North Dakota State University from August 2012 to May 2013, providing academic support to students.
Dr. Amber Krogsrud, BSc, ND has a diverse educational background in the field of natural medicine and biological sciences. Dr. Amber began their academic journey at Willmar Senior High School, where they obtained their Highschool Diploma in 2009. Following this, they attended Ridgewater College from 2007 to 2010 and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
In pursuit of their interest in biology, Dr. Krogsrud enrolled at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul in 2010 and studied Molecular Biology for one year. Dr. Amber then transferred to North Dakota State University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences in 2013.
Continuing their education, Dr. Krogsrud joined Bastyr University in 2013 and dedicated the next five years towards their Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine/Naturopathy. Dr. Amber successfully completed their studies in 2018, obtaining their Doctorate degree.
Alongside their academic pursuits, Dr. Krogsrud also obtained several certifications. Dr. Amber became a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine certified by the State of California in October 2018. Additionally, in March 2016, they completed the NCIPH Foundations in Integrative Health program offered by the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Furthermore, they obtained a CPR certification from CPR Seattle in October 2014.
