Mal Andrews is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and engineering roles, currently serving as an End User Support Analyst at ReAssure since March 2021. Prior experience includes positions as a Server/Network Engineer and IT Engineer at various organizations, such as Looking for the next opportunity and LSI Architects. Notable accomplishments include leading a project for upgrading a legacy Cisco infrastructure at Bernard Matthews and supporting a VoIP rollout at Norfolk Constabulary. Mal holds a BSc (Hons) in Anthropology from The University of Edinburgh, completed in 1994, and has extensive experience in configuration and management of server and network systems.
