Elena Stepanova has a diverse work experience. Elena started their career in 2012 as a Technical Support Specialist at DataArt and worked there until 2013. In 2018, they joined OCT - Clinical Trials as a Business Development Assistant for a period of two months. Currently, they are employed as the Lead Account Manager at RealWeb Digital Agency since June 2018.

Elena Stepanova graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University in 2017.
