Joshua Ashby - Young is a real estate professional with extensive experience in various sectors of the industry. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Realty One Group Sunshine since September 2023, Joshua has also been a Vacation and Residential Rental Investment Specialist at EMJ UK LLC since October 2017, where responsibilities include sourcing investment properties and managing assets. Joshua's role as a Property Consultant at Koala Real Estate, beginning in February 2014, involves maintaining and improving property portfolio performance, managing developments, and negotiating leases.
