Steve Bagby is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Broker Associate at Homepage Realty since March 2024. With a long-standing commitment to the field, Steve has contributed as a Certified Trainer for Realtors Property Resource (RPR) since April 2016 and has been an active member of the Kentucky Real Estate Educators Association since November 2018. Previous positions include Broker Associate at Semonin Realtors from February 2023 to March 2024 and Associate Broker at eXp Realty from September 2019 to March 2023. Additionally, Steve served as a KY Real Estate Continuing Education and Post-Licensing Education Instructor for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors from March 2017 to December 2022 and was a Managing Broker at Goldmark Realtors® from 2017 to August 2019. Steve Bagby holds a degree from Murray State University, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1995.
