Douglas Clinton has extensive experience in electrical and design drafting, currently serving as the Senior Electrical Cad Drafting Technician at Realtime Utility Engineers, Inc., a Quanta Services Company, since February 2011. In this role, Douglas is responsible for drafting all components of distribution and transmission substations up to 500kV. Prior to this position, Douglas worked at CEMCON, Ltd. from April 1995 to October 2010 as a Senior Design Drafting Technician, where responsibilities included creating Preliminary and Final Residential Plans, Commercial Plans, Roadway Improvement Plans, Intersection Design Studies, Structural Plans, Topographic Surveys, and various exhibits.
