Janae Redland possesses a diverse range of experience in account services, marketing, and customer service. Currently, Janae serves in Account Services at RealTime Solutions® since January 2021. Prior roles include Marketing Campaign Specialist and Marketing Coordinator at ePromos Promotional Products from December 2017 to September 2020, and Customer Service Representative/Bookkeeper at Absolute Print Graphics from October 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing purchasing, billing, and project management for direct mail initiatives. Additionally, Janae spent over 17 years as Office Manager/Bookkeeper at Braemar Mailing Service Inc, contributing to the automation of data processes and advising clients on postal regulations. Janae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Minnesota and an associate degree from Normandale Community College.
