Toni Ryan is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset and portfolio management. Currently serving as Fund Manager at Realterm since September 2022 and Vice President at Women in Industrial (WiN) since January 2022, Toni has previously held key positions at 151 Property, where responsibilities included Portfolio Manager and Asset Manager for industrial properties under the guidance of Blackstone, a leading investment firm. Prior experience also includes roles at AMP Capital as Divisional Asset Manager, Allco Finance Group, Stockland, and Tyndall Investment Management. Toni holds a Commerce degree in Land Economics from Western Sydney University, completed between 1993 and 1999.
