Karen Grieb Inal serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Realterm, an independent global investment manager with over $11 billion in assets. Previously, Karen held the position of Senior Portfolio Manager at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation from 2010 to 2020, advising on a $7 billion investment portfolio and allocating over $2 billion in various asset classes. Karen also worked as an Advisor to the CEO at ITHAKA, where strategic alternatives for digital media publishing were reviewed, and a financial model for JSTOR's digital journal subscription business was developed. Additional experience includes serving as EVP, Head of Strategy and M&A at Thomson Financial and as Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where relationships with media and telecom clients were established. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
