Jake Bashore is a Financial Analyst at Realterm since July 2022, with prior experience as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Rosano Capital Partners and Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. Additional roles include Alumni Chair for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., and various internships in commercial real estate and estimating at Keller Williams Realty, Rossin Steel, and Balboa Bay Resort. Jake Bashore holds a degree in Real Estate Development with a Minor in Business Finance from the University of Southern California, complemented by a high school education at Newport Harbor High School.
