Tabitha McCourt, PHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with experience in various roles including Human Resources Business Partner at RealPage, Inc., Human Resources Manager and Generalist at ProAmpac, and Human Resources Coordinator & HRIS Specialist at L3Harris Technologies. Tabitha began career with a foundation in psychology, holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Springfield College, where also served as an Industrial Organizational Psychology Graduate Fellow.
