Max Chen has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles in the technology industry. Max began their career at TP-LINK Technologies Co., Ltd in 2011, where they worked in international sales. Max then moved on to TP-LINK Deutschland GmbH, where they gained experience in international sales in Turkey and Greece. Max continued their career at TP-LINK UK Limited, where they served as a Retail Account Manager, achieving significant sales growth. Max then joined TP-Link Deutschland GmbH as the Country Manager of Switzerland and Austria, responsible for sales strategies and channel management. Prior to this, Max worked at Xiaomi Technology as the Overseas CEE Ecosystem Sales Manager. Most recently, they worked at realme as the Sales Director of UK and Nordic.

Max Chen attended Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in both Optoelectronic Information Engineering and Logistic Management.
