Paul Hyun is a seasoned real estate professional and co-founder of The Prospect Team at Compass, which has made a significant impact in the Brooklyn real estate market. With over 20 years of combined experience among team members, Paul has closed over $100 million in residential transactions across Brooklyn and Manhattan from January 2021 to October 2022. Previously, Paul was a member of the highly regarded Scott Klein Team at Douglas Elliman, recognized as one of the top teams in Brooklyn. In addition to real estate, Paul has a legal background, having worked as an associate in various law firms specializing in patent litigation and serving as in-house counsel at JPMorgan Chase. Paul holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a Sc.B. in Neuroscience and Computer Science from Brown University. Currently, Paul is a member of REALM Global, a luxury real estate community.
