Melanie Stanek is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community engagement, education, and program management. Currently serving as the Volunteer & Outreach Manager at Reality Changers since June 2023, Melanie oversees volunteer programs and outreach initiatives. Additionally, Melanie works as a Teaching Artist with Imagine Creative Services, facilitating social-emotional learning workshops. Prior experience includes leadership roles as the San Diego Site Director for Hands of Peace, managing youth programs and partnerships, and various positions focused on educational development and talent solutions. Melanie holds a Master of Arts in Peace and Justice from the Kroc School at the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Arts in History with a focus on Holocaust and Genocide Studies from The College of New Jersey.
