Lauren Mead is an experienced trainer currently employed by Realise since September 2023, with a background featuring roles such as Internal Quality Assurer at Shaw Trust from January 2022 to September 2023 and Trainer Assessor at Training Works (NW) from January 2017 to January 2022. With twelve years of experience in the adult care sector, Lauren has held various positions, including Assistant Team Leader at Caritas Care, where responsibilities included managing day services for adults with complex health needs and overseeing staff management tasks. Previous roles also include Deputy Manager at Dalesview Partnership Limited, where Lauren contributed significantly to the care of individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behavior.
