Jim Jones brings extensive expertise in customer success and experience management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at RTI. Jim is an active member of Gain Grow Retain and an author for Real Customer Success. Previously, Jim held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Arkadin and served as VP of Customer Success and Interim CEO at ISI Telemanagement Solutions, LLC. With an MBA in Marketing from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from DeVry University, Jim combines strong academic credentials with a rich professional background.
