Adam Alfia founded Real Time Feedback in December 2018. Real Time Feedback is a customer engagement platform that allows customers to directly interact with businesses in real time. Customers submit discreet Feedbacks that are sent in real time to businesses owners and managers. The business can respond using the in-app 2-way chat feature to work with the customer to resolve any complaints.
Prior to founding Real Time Feedback, Adam served as the Managing Director at Maestro Personal Assistants since 2004.
Adam Alfia attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 1989 to 1992. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Management.
