Daniel Zubrik is the current advisor at Real.org and has previously been the president of Real Engagement and Loyalty, Inc. (REAL) from August 2016 to August 2017. Prior to that, they were the founder and CEO of OTS Ventures Inc from September 2016 to August 2021. OTS Ventures is a perfomance marketing & E-commerce venture that specializes in Facebook advertising, Direct Response E-Commerce, and Amazon Private label operations. Zubrik has also been the founder and president of Otherside Inc., which was one of the largest igaming affiliate marketers in the world for many years before it transformed into an Online Media Agency with an emphasis on Display Advertising. Zubrik successfully sold Otherside Inc. in August 2015 and it is now owned by Netplay TV PLC under the new name of Ad Fusion.
