Jay Jeyaindran has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Jay has worked at Real Matters Inc. since 2016, starting as a Director of Project Management and then being promoted to Senior Director of Project Management (PMO). In these roles, they have led program and technology delivery, resourcing, budgeting, and capacity management. Jay has also overseen the IT/Development vision, strategies, and success factors to grow enterprise applications and PMO portfolios. Jay has successfully delivered complex projects from concept to launch while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Prior to Real Matters Inc., Jay worked at Solidifi from 2007 to 2016. Jay initially served as a Region Manager in Client Services before transitioning into project management roles. As a Manager of Project Management & Technical Operations, they introduced Agile Methodologies and implemented a project structure that resulted in faster MVP launches. Jay also served as a Technical Product Manager, where they evaluated products before production launch and managed a SAAS-based product targeting the financial industry. Additionally, Jay worked as a Product Analyst, ensuring operational excellence through leadership across complex projects.
Jay also has experience working at IBM as part of their Client Services team from 2006 to 2007.
Jay Jeyaindran obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management from George Brown College, graduating in 2006. Jay also completed multiple certifications including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in 2021, PMP Certification Training Course from Seneca College in 2014, and Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) from Seneca College in 2008.
