Sarah Carroll is an experienced professional in youth and community development, currently serving as a Navigator at the Real Ideas Organisation since January 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as an Achievement Coach at Groundwork from April 2017 to December 2020 and as a Youth Worker at Cornwall Council from May 2012 to May 2015. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth and Community Studies from the University of St Mark & St John, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
