Kate Reed is an experienced professional who has held various roles in different companies over the years. Currently, Kate serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Employability and Pathways at Real Ideas. Prior to that, Kate was the General Training Manager at Cornwall Marine Network and held roles at Real Ideas Organisation and ACE SW. Kate holds a BA hons in Drama from the University of Exeter.
