Ferdinand De Carvalho is a professional with diverse experience across various sectors, currently participating in the Green Thinkers development program at Real Ideas Organisation since November 2022, focusing on environmental work within the Plymouth Natural Grid project. Previous roles include serving as an Energy Advisor at Plymouth Energy Community and as a Boatbuilder at Princess Yachts. Ferdinand also has experience in boat renovation at Chanel Yacht Sales and has worked in management and operational roles, including Maintenance Manager at Integrated Building Solutions and multiple positions at Nando's UK & IRE. Ferdinand’s early career also involved landscaping and work at Walking Sweet Shop. Educational background includes GCSEs from Katharine Lady Berkeley’s School and A Levels from KLB Sixth Form.
