Cleiton Soares has extensive experience in the field of occupational safety, currently serving as Supervisor de Operação at Real Guindastes since June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing crane and load lifting operations. Previously, Cleiton held several roles as Técnico em segurança do trabalho, providing safety assessments, training, and ensuring compliance with safety standards at Grupo Conservo and Digicomp. An early career at SMS Medicina do Trabalho involved internship duties such as environmental risk assessments and support for safety documentation. Cleiton holds a Technical Degree in Occupational Safety from Escola Politécnica de Belo Horizonte - POLITEC BH, completed in April 2018.
