Jim M. Behling is an experienced finance executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Real Good Foods since April 2024. Previously, Jim held the same title at Sparkstone Electrical Group from October 2022 to March 2024. Jim's extensive finance background includes significant roles at ZENB, where Jim was Senior Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Finance between September 2018 and September 2022. As President of a franchise with Zoup! Fresh Soup Company from October 2013 to August 2018, Jim managed four locations. Prior to that, Jim served as CFO at Nu-World Foods, a gluten-free food manufacturer, from December 2012 to August 2018. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Grant Thornton, West Monroe Partners, Nu-World Amaranth, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Eureka College, earned between 1983 and 1987.
