Josie Hunt is currently the Head of Operations at Real Estate Balance, a non-profit membership organisation advocating for diversity and inclusion in the real estate industry. Prior to this role, Josie held positions in production, marketing, and event management at James English Productions Ltd, Tiger Creative London, Showforce, TIGI Cosmetics EU, House of Fraser, and Next Press Office. Josie's responsibilities included managing budgets, overseeing shoots, coordinating logistics, liaising with clients, and troubleshooting any issues that arose. Josie has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of East London/Utrecht University and has a background in event planning, production, and marketing.
