Gary Walter MRICS is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and sales. Currently serving as the Regional (APAC) Head of Institutional Sales at Real Estate Analytics since December 2023, Gary co-founded Realinflo in July 2018 and held the position of CEO until its acquisition by Real Estate Analytics. Additionally, Gary co-founded the PropTech Institute in August 2020, aiming to foster collaboration among professionals at the intersection of real estate and technology. Previous roles include Manager at Colliers International from July 2011 to June 2017, a Consultant at the Institute for Development and Welfare Services in Nairobi, Kenya, and a Commercial Analyst at Virgin Atlantic Airways. Gary began a career in acquisitions and asset management at Swire Properties from August 2006 to August 2009. Gary holds a BSc in International Business (Economics) from Lancaster University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from The University of Hong Kong, along with studies at Beijing Language and Culture University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
