Alana Kinnersly is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and fostering positive workplace cultures. Currently serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at Readymode since July 2021, Alana previously held roles at NZSki Ltd as a Human Resources Coordinator and Training Program Administrator, as well as at Jumpfactor Services & Technology Marketing as a Talent and Culture Coordinator. Alana began their career as a Human Resource Assistant at Tiko 3D Ltd., where responsibilities included the implementation of human resource policies and customer interaction. Alana holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from McMaster University, earned in 2016.
