John Jusino has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. John began their career at Alvernia University as an IT Support Services Specialist, where they provided direct support to professors, students, staff, and guests with the use of campus technologies. John then moved to Ross Stores, Inc. as a Store Protection Specialist in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Youth Development Technician for The GEO Group, Inc. and as a Public Safety Officer for La Salle University. In 2020, they were a Parking Enforcement Officer for the Philadelphia Parking Authority, and they currently work as a Desktop Support Technician for BOLT ON TECHNOLOGY (Automotive).

John Jusino completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Alvernia University in 2019. In 2018, they also attended the Reading Police Academy. In 2021, they obtained a CompTIA Security+ Cyber Security Certification Program from Alvernia University. Additionally, they obtained an IT Remote Support Training certification from Miles Technologies in August 2021.
