Patrick Shea is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in recruitment and business development, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Ready Set Exec Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Patrick held the role of Practice Lead at APEX CMO SEARCH, where a strong network of top marketing talent was cultivated. Prior roles include Core Team Lead and Client Manager at Peak Sales Recruiting, focusing on connecting B2B sales professionals with high-growth organizations, and CEO/Owner of Transportation Consultants Canada, where a successful exit was achieved through quality recruitment in the transportation sector. Additional experience includes business development at Ontario Truck Training Academy and a foundational role at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation. Patrick holds a degree from Brock University, obtained between 2007 and 2012.
