Previously, Phillip held the role of Head of Customer Experience for Europe at Ready Education, where collaboration with over 425 institutions contributed to a 2-4% increase in student retention. Prior experience includes positions as Customer Success Manager at Collabco and Capita, overseeing complex project implementations and fostering customer success, and roles in training and support at Capita and MLS. Phillip Chatterton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
