Shawn Johnson has extensive experience in continuous improvement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Reading Truck since September 2022. Prior roles include Supply Chain Professional at Navistar Inc from October 2021 to June 2022, and Lean Manager at Valmont Industries, Inc from October 2018 to October 2021. Johnson also held the position of COS Champion - Lean Site Manager at Carlisle Brake & Friction from March 2013 to September 2018, and Lead Lean Manufacturing Practitioner at Navistar Inc's Tulsa Bus Plant from February 2003 to October 2012. Johnson's educational background includes a degree from Oklahoma State University and coursework at Tulsa Junior College, as well as attending East Central High School.
