The Development and Communications Team at Read Ahead is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and community partners to secure funding and resources for the mentoring program. They develop strategic communication initiatives to raise awareness about the organization’s mission and impact, while also managing marketing efforts and donor relations to effectively tell the story of Read Ahead's work in empowering students through reading-based mentoring.
