Matt Ball serves as General Counsel at Reactivate since August 2023. Previously, Ball held various roles at Invenergy LLC, including Deputy General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel from April 2019 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2017 to April 2019, as well as a Corporate Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from September 2015 to August 2017. Matt Ball started in the legal field as a Summer Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in May 2014. Matt Ball earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Religious Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
