Michalis Kosmopoulos is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in intellectual property law and business law. Currently serving as a WIPO Arbitrator since November 2023, Michalis is also a Partner at Drakopoulos, leading the firm's IP practice across South East Europe since May 2014. Michalis has been a Greek partner at React.Org since January 2008, contributing to the fight against counterfeit trade. Additional experience includes membership on the INTA Anticounterfeiting Committee from January 2018 to December 2021, a board member of the Hellenic Copyright Organization from October 2016 to May 2018, and various legal roles at Generali, Giannoulas | Kosmopoulos Law Offices, Mikroulea, Chrissanthis and Partners, and Dontas Law Offices. Michalis holds an LLM in Commercial Law with a focus on Intellectual Property from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
