Yi Zhou is an experienced landscape architect with a diverse background in design and outreach. Currently serving as an Associate Landscape Architect at Surfacedesign, Inc. since June 2022, Yi also leads outreach efforts for Reach4Help, a volunteer-driven platform that connects support organizations with those in need. With a solid foundation in design as Design Director at Studio for Landscape Culture, Yi's previous roles include Landscape Architect at Claude Cormier et Associés and Director of Design and Operations at Bioroof Systems Inc., where expertise in green roof projects was developed. Academic contributions include serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto, providing instruction on various landscape architecture skills. Yi holds a Master of Landscape Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Architectural Design from the University of Toronto.
