Shelly Newby is an experienced Early Years Teacher with a strong background in childcare and education, currently serving at REAch2 Academy Trust since July 2015 as an Early Years Teacher and Nursery Manager, with responsibilities including student and volunteer placements and serving as a Derby University School Link Tutor. Previous roles include leadership as Nursery Teacher and Early Years Foundation Stage Leader at Birchfield Prepcare and as a Teaching Professional with TeacherActive, providing cover supervision and specialist support. Shelly also worked as a FE lecturer at Stafford College, delivering NVQ and BTEC training programs.
