Baker Sserwambala is an experienced professional in the field of monitoring and evaluation, currently serving as Chief of Party at Reach Out Mbuya Community Health Initiative and also holding a position as OVC Strategic Information and Programs Director at World Education since February 2014. In this role, Baker provides strategic and technical leadership for USAID-funded projects, ensuring implementation aligns with funders' priorities. Previous positions include Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor and Learning and Adaptation Advisor, contributing to data quality management and capacity building across various projects. Baker's educational background includes a Master’s in Management Studies with a focus on Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor of Statistics from Makerere University.
