Kenneth Mugayehwenkyi has extensive work experience in leadership positions. Kenneth started their career in 2003 as the Executive Director of ROTOM, where they led a team of staff and volunteers to address the needs of vulnerable older persons in Uganda. In the same year, they also founded Reach One Touch One Ministries (ROTOM) and served as its Executive Director. Under their leadership, ROTOM grew to become the most effective mission organization dedicated to helping poor older persons in Uganda.

Kenneth Mugayehwenkyi completed their Masters in Business Administration and Management, General from Uganda Management Institute, studying from 1999 to 2002. Kenneth also pursued a Masters in Management Studies from the same institute, although the specific start and end years are not provided.
