Manikandan Pattathil has been involved in the tech industry since 2014. Manikandan began their career as a trainee Php developer at Webcity. In 2015, they moved to SrishtiIndia where they worked as a Web/UI Designer. In 2018, they joined Lycamobile Group as a UI/UX designer. In 2019, they were hired by DigitalAPICraft as a Sr UI/UX designer, where they were responsible for helping global brands transform into a truly Experience Enterprise. In 2020, they were hired by CGI as a User Experience Lead. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Reach Mobile as a Lead UI/UX.

Manikandan Pattathil attended Kannur University, Kannur from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Functional English.
