Elisa Nerone is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in strategic human resource management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of HR for BHP's Minerals Australia, Asia & Global Functions, Elisa oversees HR strategy and governance while also acting as the Global Head of People Strategy, HR Technology & Governance. Previous roles include General Manager of People & Change at Latitude Financial Services, where accountability extended to culture and organisational capability, and multiple senior HR positions at BHP, impacting global remuneration and talent management strategies.
