Michael Neusch is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and innovation management within the environmental engineering and sporting goods industries. Currently serving as the Head of Landfill Operations at Geiger Unternehmensgruppe since April 2020, Michael oversees substantial business development and landfill operations across multiple corporations. Prior to this, a significant tenure at adidas from July 2012 to April 2020 included roles such as Director of Innovation Management and Director of the Creators Academy, where Michael led cross-functional innovation programs aligned with strategic business goals and managed a large employee learning academy. Michael's career also encompasses project management internships at Thomas Cook Group and PepsiCo, complemented by a strong academic background with a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from the University of Mannheim.
