Gary Simpson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial properties, currently serving as a Realtor and Managing Director of the Commercial Division at RE/MAX Allegiance since September 2014. In addition to these roles, Gary has been the CEO of GPS PROPERTIES LLC since 1999 and held the position of Chief Restructuring Officer at DC Diamond Corporation from June 2013 to February 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and addressing financial issues under the guidance of creditors and the Federal Bankruptcy Court. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech, earned between 1979 and 1983.
