Colton Pierce is an IT User Support Specialist at RDO Truck Centers since July 2019, where responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Colton served as an Information Technology Intern at Ulteig from January 2019 to July 2019, gaining industry experience through tasks such as computer imaging and hardware setup for new employees. Colton earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Network Administration and Security from Minnesota State Community and Technical College between 2018 and 2019.
