Billy Inocencio has extensive experience in the architecture and engineering fields, beginning with a role as an Architect at AJ LUZ Architects Urban Designers from 1974 to 1981. Since 1994, Billy has served as an Electrical Engineer at Robert Derector Associates. Educationally, Billy Inocencio holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, earned between 1972 and 1977.
