Dan Turpuseema has over 28 years of work experience, with expertise in engineering and operations. Dan started their career as an Engineering Manager at Pentadyne/Pentaflex in 1992, where they worked until 1997. Then, from 1997 to 2003, they served as the Director of Engineering at Ambitech Inc. In 2003, they joined ISU Petasys Corp as the Director of Engineering, and worked there until 2006. Dan then moved on to R&D Altanova, where they held the positions of Director of Engineering And Operations from 2006 to 2016, and currently serves as the Director of Substrate Technology.

Dan Turpuseema earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bapuji Institute of Eng and Technology, which they attended from 1984 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles - College of Business and Economics, from 1991 to 1993.
