Tyler Hepler serves as a Program Manager at RCT Systems since August 2024 and holds a board member position at Safe'N'Clear, Inc. starting from April 2022. Involved with USA Hockey since September 2010, Tyler implements ice hockey rules and mentors younger teams across the United States. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Project Manager and Program Plan & Control Analyst at Textron Systems, and an Integrated Supply Chain Rotational Program participant at Lycoming Engines. Tyler's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, with a focus on Finance, Global Supply Chain Operations Management, and International Business. Additional studies include time at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and National Taiwan Normal University.
