Andy Bates is a Junior Partnerships Coordinator at RCN Capital, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Andy gained diverse experience as a Freelance Illustrator, Designer, and Fine Artist starting in 2014, and as a Business Development Associate at GRF CPAs & Advisors from January 2023 to April 2023. Andy served as a Business Development Coordinator at RCN Capital from March 2022 to December 2022 and worked as an Event Lead at Bear's Smokehouse from September 2021 to March 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as an Artist and Crew at Trader Joe's from February 2017 to August 2021 and as a Studio Assistant at Deyber Fine Art and Graham Deyber Trading LLC from January 2015 to January 2017. Andy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the University of Hartford, obtained in May 2014.
