Verna Naidu has extensive experience in the marketing and business sectors, currently holding a position in Customer Marketing at RCL FOODS since November 2021. Prior to this role, Naidu has been with Diageo since January 2017, progressing through various titles, including Consumer Planning & Activations Reserve and Integrated Business Planning Specialist. Naidu's career also includes a tenure as a Financial Advisor at Old Mutual South Africa in 2016 and a brief role in Customer Care at Unilever. Educationally, Naidu completed the Diageo Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at GIBS Business School between 2018 and 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Business Science Honours Degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2011 to 2015.
