Marlon Saballa possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and software testing, currently serving as the QA Team Lead and Senior Test Analyst at RCG Global Services since October 2021. Prior roles include Team Lead and Senior Software QA at EnglishCentral, Inc., where management of the night shift Software QA team was key to the success of weekly Sprint and Hotfix releases. Marlon's career also includes positions at West Corporation as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, IBM as a Test Specialist, and Amberbase Solutions, Inc. as IT Support. Marlon holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Santo Tomas, obtained in 2011, and completed secondary education at Lourdes School of Mandaluyong from 1996 to 2007.
